This is a thread I started on another forum a few years ago. It's up to 18 pages now. Surprising how many tunes have the same name, but are WAY different from one another. And three or four in some cases. I'll kick it off with a couple I did back then.
Then there's
and....
Then too....
and of course-----

God,.....DAMN! Was that Astaire and Hayworth clip clever! Not a fan of most R&R, so usually skip those clips. Sure glad you made the comment about this one though - it was definitely worth my time.

I didn't think I would have anything to contribute to this one at first glance but it it is quite fun once you stop to think about it.
May I interrupt to ask if in all your various music boards and forays do you have one about classical theft/influence? I know you have posted a few here on CFTR but one of them wouldn't display for me and I don't recall offhand where it was noted. This would be one I couldn't contribute to at all but I would really like to know about/study. Listening to All By Myself on a road trip yesterday prompted my query.....
Thanks Mr. S for any direction on where you might have such a thread.
