Not surprised with either result yesterday (Go Birdz!!). But I hope my Bills can prevail this afternoon. Guess the Bills-Bengals game is a kind of rematch from that devastating aborted one that took out Hamlin cept we’re back home and may get snow with the frigid temps. Nothing Bills fans like better.  |

My sentiments exactly, but I have to go back to 2006. The Charger loss to New England was as excruciating as it can possibly get. A man named Marlon. But let's not go there. A recurring Daymare of unimaginable horror! Rest, rest, Hrothgar. The past is over.

Bayless is just a Cowboy homer. Did he finally admit the head coach and QB are hacks that need to be removed? And he gets so jacked up about beating the Bucs? It is a disgrace to the NFL that Tampa Bay merits being in the playoffs, and getting a home game? I know the rule. Beating the Bucs home or away is nothing to shout about. Poor Jerry, no glory for a half century. It's what have you done LATELY. Hey Bayliss, be glad you are not the Chargers where the question would be what have you done at all? Take my word, the loss to Jacksonville was nothing like the loss in 2006 against the Patriots. I am still haunted. So cool it, Bayliss. Bayliss the clueliss. Go Bengals!! |

I was saying over 25 years ago, Jerry needed to hire a solid GM and then shut-up! (i.e. don't make or even influence decisions, other than firing the GM if the GM can't produce results). As for Mick McCarthy - I believe he is one of the most clueless coaches out there. He was only able to win-it-all once with Arron Rogers. Jerry, fire McCarthy and hire Sean Payton. Note that while I have no-skin-in-the-game, I'll be pulling for the Bengals. What a gritty team, with a coaching staff that doesn't make excuses but makes the best out of the hand-they-are-given. |
