Yesterday when I was at the park, I saw a very nice jeep with the license plate of FlpWlson. I said to myself "Flip Wilson?". That's an interesting observation; I wonder if there is a meaning behind that plate number.
Flip Wilson's variety show was the very first "adult " TV show my parents allowed my sisters and I to watch. We all loved it, and the mature jokes went right over our heads.

What a great picture of Lee Remick. All through, "Mad Men" I kept wondering who January Jones reminded me of, everyone kept saying Grace Kelly, but now I'm thinking maybe it was Ms Remick.  |

What a great picture of Lee Remick. All through, "Mad Men" I kept wondering who January Jones reminded me of, everyone kept saying Grace Kelly, but now I'm thinking maybe it was Ms Remick.

Yes! I love that navy blue dress. She does look great in it. I don't think it's "navy" blue, though. Navy is much darker. It strikes me as more "blueberry" blue. |

What I love about Lee Remick (aside from her acting) is that her style was always timeless. Just looking at these photos, they could have been of a woman photographed in the 1960's, 1990's, or now. |
