Somehow Ann's long, flat straight hair is growing in curly - I don't think hair works that way.
Kay is a type of woman that doesn't even bother trying to hide who she is - a not at all nice person. Somehow it works for some men, just not this one.

If an American studio had remade this, I could see Agnes Moorehead playing Pamela Kellino's part. Greer Garson would have played Rosamund John's character.
