Kate's voice is almost unbearable, so shrill and high pitched.
I love a British accent when soft it's like Miss John's but this ultra posh brittle glass-cutting accent hurts my ears.

There's a nice scene where he has tea with the caretaker. They actually make and drink tea. The film takes considerable time to ensure the details are accurate on screen.
