MGM HD is part of DirectTV's Movies Extra Pack. Overall its offerings are pretty iffy, but they ran a weekly Noir double feature and a Western double feature. Today it went off the air, here's the message from their website.

Please note, October 31st, 2022 will be the last broadcast day for MGM HD™.
MGM+, formerly EPIX, will launch in early 2023 and will be the home for premium
movies, original series as well as the films from the legendary MGM collection.
