From my post on the TCM Boards...
The recently added segments of TCM - Letters from Hollywood are quite possibly one the best original segments TCM has ever aired. Reading the letters of famous movie folks by a historian or family member is one of the greatest ideas they've executed. Again, it's this kind of original programming that makes TCM the very best at what it does. These short bits are highly entertaining, informative and well worth the time and energy put forth. Thanks TCM for these: Letters From Hollywood - Cary Grant (2021-12) Letters From Hollywood - Jean Harlow (2021-12) Letters From Hollywood - Hopper - Hepburn (2021-12) Letters From Hollywood - Hopper - Welles (2021-12) Letters From Hollywood - Walter Matthau (2021-05) Letters From Hollywood - Joel McCrea (2021-05) Letters From Hollywood - David O. Selznick (2021-05) Letters From Hollywood - Gilbert Roland (2022-09) Letters From Hollywood - Way We Were, The (1973) (2022-10) Letters From Hollywood - Boris Karloff (2022-10)

Agreed, those are great segments, very informative and personal. You feel like you got to know the actor or actress involved a little better.
I learned on the TCM boards that there is a book that includes many (all?) of the letters from the TCM segments, plus other letters from stars of the Golden Era (and up through the 1970s), all with annotations, which can be found here: www.amazon.com/gp/product/1419738097/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1LRIIBKUEZ1U3&psc=1

Looks like the author of the aforementioned book, Rocky Lang, is the son of Producer, Jennings Lang and Song Bird, Monica Lewis. He is also the executive producer of the TCM series!
