Just saw a post over on SSO that says a member there wasn't able to follow a TCM thread very far. And that there was no Search. 😟

Oh, thank God. I was just sick reading it was gone for good. I had thought we had until the end of February and planned to copy some memorable posts, TCM Challenge Schedules, etc. Thanks to whatever wonderful individual(s) archived the much loved forum. Saved by Archive Org, a non-profit "building a digital library of Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form" that began in 1996. Thanks to notananimal for bringing it to their attention. Not that I am whinging, since I am grateful for those efforts, but when I clicked on it and tried opening threads, that site loads very slowly. Sometimes it would time out on me.

Thanks to notananimal for bringing it to their attention. You're welcome. Saved by Archive-Team though, and hosted by Archive.org so thanks to them both. I understand it isn't perfect but it kinda seems to be there. Sometimes it tells me the page doesn't exist then I click the back button and there is the page I selected. The inability to search sucks but is to be expected I guess as that probly relies on the backend to serve a unique page, but you might be able to use google to find what you want by doing a search there by typing: site:forums.tcm.com Marx Bros etc. and then copying and pasting the url you need into archive.org and going from there.
