alotta people doan know that ebenezer scrooge is a bug expert. first he identifies a species of insect only indigenous to the snowy climes of england in the wintertime. he named it the Humbug. then outside the London stock exchange another entomologic revelation that a grasshopper is what it is. LOL  |

The only Humbug I can find is a kind of hard candy or a definition describing the word as referring to a fraud or other kind of hoax.  humbug Also found in: Thesaurus, Acronyms, Encyclopedia, Wikipedia. hum·bug (hŭm′bŭg′) n. 1.
