There’s already a Crime/noir category under Genre. I think someone should fix it to read Crime/Noir and suspect Admin has to do that.

I really enjoyed TENSION. Audrey Totter is always great. There were a few flaws like Eddie mentioned. Contact lenses instead of glasses don't really alter one's appearance. Also, unless I missed it they didn't really explain why Claire shot Deager. I assumed he confronted her after she returned from "the movies" which was her standard alibi for her romantic trysts. As far as Collier's attraction to Claire, I guessed fairly early he was playing her hoping she would make a mistake. I really liked seeing Cyd Charrise. I think it's the first film I've seen with her sans Fred Astaire. I enjoyed Charrise in this one too. Have you seen her in "East Side, West Side?" It's another one where she's not with Astaire and not dancing, but has a reasonable sized and important supporting role. In it, she does a great job opposite acting giants Barbara Stanwyck, Van Heflin and James Mason, plus it's just a darn good movie.

I liked it for Richard Basehart. Very skillfully done.
Barry Sullivan was insufferable. To conceited, so sure of himself. Nothing goes wrong for him. Boring.
Charisse is wonderful as a proper lady.

Just leave it as it is. Noir Alley is fine where it is, IMO
