Both of these services require a local library card and pin number. Most American libraries have partnership associations with either or both. Documentaries, rare tv mini-series and educational films in general are their specialties. But they also have lauded/popular full feature films as well. If you've seen anything worth watching on either service, share it!

Wolf Hall (2015, Peter Kosminsky)After the downfall of Cardinal Wolsey, his secretary, Thomas Cromwell, finds himself amongst the treachery and intrigue of King Henry VIII's court and soon becomes a close advisor to the King, a role fraught with danger. Based on the novel by Hilary Mantel.
Slow, dark but excellent mini-series currently streaming free on Hoopla. Interesting doc on author Hilary Mantel and her experience writing the novel above. I just found out she passed this year. R.I.P.

This series was excellent. Sir Mark Rylance was fairly unknown to me so a real treat. Well worth putting in your viewing queue. 8/10 on the imdb - Imagines the past, instead of merely reflecting the present
- The best BBC drama ever.....Bar none
- Exquisite production, superb acting and, at last a realistic Middle-Age lighting
- Cromwell walks (fearless) among giants
- Superlative drama at its best
