for me Jerry Goldsmith's incomparable and majestic music to star trek the motion picture. since it's release as a columbia LP the sound quality was never what it should of been.

Sweet Smell of Success: The musical score was arranged and conducted by Elmer Bernstein and the film also features jazz performances by the Chico Hamilton Quintet.
