Now I know a lesbian likes girls, and a gay guy likes guys, that’s just the way it is, but what does Queer mean? Bisexual means what it says, and Transexual you can figure out, but Queer doesn’t have an immediate association. What separates the queer person from a lesbian person or a gay person? Or it could be a “name” thing. Like Dave Chappelle you call a black guy a nigger again and again until it loses its meaning. Or the meaning changes.

Yes, thanks for that. I supposed it was still a “negative” slur, and it still is apparently. I just don’t get the why — “I’m a queer and you’re not?” Is that it? I’m no one to talk, my last visit to the strip club these two big ‘ens high jacked me to a back room and demanded money for a private dance. I got a glimpse of the girl on stage when I came in and she looked like she knew some moves. Anyway, these two big ‘ens kept pestering me and like I’m prone to do I insulted them. So the bigger of the two took my eyeglasses off my face and broke them in two. Who needs glasses really, what’s there to see, your balance is much better without them, but it irked me to no end that the bouncer came over and “escorted” me out, while the girl on the dance floor that I came in to see started her pole dance.

So I’m all for starting up a new acronym for all us noirs out there barely making it. MMAHHCS — Misanthropes,Misogynists Alcoholics,Hop Heads, Chain Smokers. I do have some experience with this sort of thing because I just happen to be president of the Pansy’s Lives Matter organization down here in New Orleans. This organization has nothing to do with sex or sexual orientation. If you are a pansy you secretly know it, so it’s an empowerment group aiming at equal rights for pansies. The new group MMAHHCS will take a more cynical view on things.

Like why did my TV just die? Is it my rotten karma that killed it? Granted I knew it was about to die because I threw the remote control at the screen and made a big hole in it. But I had sound at least until now. I’m thinking to myself (who else do you ever think to?) that watching a dead TV might actually be liberating. You kind of cozy in, get comfortable, and stare at a dead screen. You don’t have to watch bad actors and listen to phony dialogue and hear that awful background sound track. Yeah, well, I’ll give it a couple of days then take the bus down to Walmart. Then you gotta call Moe to see if he can pick you up with your new TV and take you home. All kinds of complications are gonna happen.
