How about a Halloween-themed TV commercial? Some of the most clever commercials are for insurance agencies. This one is from Geico:
Run for the cemetery!

Maybe my all-time favorite commercial - regardless of season, sagebrush:

I love this one so much -- WALLACE AND GROMIT AND THE CURSE OF THE WERE RABBIT
I love Wallace and Gromit anway, but this one makes fun of all the horror movie tropes while also teasing the English for their gardening obsession

I recently watched Disney's animated version of Sleepy Hallow - THE ADVENTURES OF ICHABOD 1949. It's an anthology of two classic pieces of literature from Kenneth Grahame and Washington Irving.
What entertained me was Bing Crosby narrated the story!
Perfect viewing for an October evening!

Some more Halloween tunes:
“Zombie Jamboree” (I like the Rockapella version best)
“That Old Black Magic” (can’t beat Ella’s version)
“Old Devil Moon” from FINIAN’S RAINBOW (I like Mel Torme’s best)

It doesn't have to be Halloween for me to enjoy this clip from CORPSE BRIDE.
Danny Elfman and company performing "Remains Of The Day."

That reminds me to add all the songs from NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, but "This Is Halloween" is most appropriate of course:
A few fun witch songs--
"I Put a Spell On You" as sung by Bette Midler in HOCUS POCUS
"Substitutiary Locomotion" sung by Angela Lansbury in BEDKNOBS AND BROOMSTICKS
In HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN, a choir of witches sing "Double Trouble" -- lyrics from Shakespeare's famous MACBETH witch scene, music by John Williams (this song is now a Halloween staple at Universal Studios)

Here's some classical Halloween:
Mussorgsky's "Night on Bald Mountain", as seen in FANTASIA
Gounoud's "Funeral March of the Marionette", also known as the theme song of "Alfred Hitchcock Presents"
Camille Saint-Saens' "Danse Macabre"
Rachmaninoff's "Prelude in C Sharp Minor" -- legend has it, this tells the story of a man being buried alive
