I love this family, but the story in this one is a bit much - and now with the land Adam has, it's too obvious.
Still, I love them. Yeah, the writing was better in the first two installments.

The bank would lend on his house. It has equity in it well above the amount of the loan and his salary is sound (which we only learn later it wasn't).
