Since I've recently mentioned this PBS program "THE LETTER PEOPLE" in another discussion topic, I've decided to explore more episodes of this program. In this one titled "MEET MISTER B", there's this one cute cartoon about a boy named Billy celebrating his birthday with a talking blue balloon. The music in this cartoon may be stock music since I think I've heard it before in another bit of animation from either "SESAME STREET" or else "THE ELECTRIC COMPANY".
The cartoon appears at 12:27. Would anyone have any idea about this music, because it sounds really cool. Also, keep an eye out for Walt Disney's Pluto (Mickey Mouse's pet dog).
