I Love Allstate Mayhem Ads

That latest Larry Bird mayhem commercial is very funny, but I'm surprised Allstate's lawyers allowed such a misrepresentation of how an actual Allstate home insurance policy operates. Damages caused by a bird would be covered but damages caused by the homeowner trying to catch or remove a bird would not be covered. (even if that homeowner is Larry Bird!).

The same goes for the two brothers playing indoor basketball. I.e. Reckless behavior by the homeowner or their kin isn't covered.
