This is from Judy's final album under her Capitol contract, "The Garland Touch" (1962), a compilation of previously unreleased tracks, including some recorded at a London session in 1960, both sides of a 1961 single and a couple of tracks from earlier Capitol albums. This is from those London sessions, which were finally released in their complete form on CD in the 2,000's. Judy originally sang it in 1940 in Little Nellie Kelly. I like how at one point she barely keeps from cracking herself up over the rollcall of names.
