Just saw the preview for THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD with of course the line a cast of thousands. The previews for the 50's and 60's action films used the line often, you know the era of Hercules, Achilles, etc. No longer an equivalent. I don't think the line a cast of millions of pixels generates the same enthusiasm.
Probably time for me to get a brain scan because I don't know why I miss "a cast of thousands" And if there was only a cast of 999 would someone sue over lack of truth in advertising?
