Geraldine Brooks is a favorite of mine. I recently watched CRY WOLF (1947) which I think was her motion picture debut. Warners would then place her in a melodrama with Joan Crawford-- POSSESSED-- but they didn't seem to know what to do with her.
She was very busy on television in the 1960s and 1970s. And I always enjoy her performances when she turns up on a Quinn Martin crime show.
